Beginning in January, TIDAL will launch their latest partnership. The year of 2017 has been one of major expansion for the streaming company, owned by Jay-Z. Business at TIDAL is different from other streamers, as artists are given ownership stakes in the company.

TIDAL membership includes Jay-Z, Beyonce, Usher, Alicia Keys, J. Cole, Rihanna, Madonna, and many others. Earlier this year, TIDAL allowed Sprint to purchase a stake in the company for $300 million. The latest arrangement only expands these current deals.

This morning, TIDAL announced Mercedes-Benz as their latest strategic partner. The partnership will allow Mercedes-Benz owners to have a complimentary subscription to TIDAL. They will have access to over 50 million songs and 185,000 music videos.

Read TIDAL’s statement on the partnership below:

“TIDAL is honored to partner with the world’s premiere automobile manufacturer,” said Lior Tibon, TIDAL. “The joint mission of superior quality and excellence is a natural synergy between both brands. Mercedes customers value ingenuity and we’re proud to share TIDAL’s elevated music and entertainment experience with them.”
