Title for thirteenth Mariah Carey album revealed

Hard to believe it has been four years since “Obsessed” dropped and the remix with Gucci Mane. This was the breakout single off her album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, which was a success for her. Entering the spring, Mariah Carey began refocusing on her music with the release of her single, “Beautiful.”

Miguel hit the ground running, starting with his debut single back in 2010. His run in 2013 has gone well, also. One of the most-requested guest features in the game, Miguel was also called upon by Mariah Carey. Doing “Beautiful” with Mariah Carey helped people get re-interested in her music.

Walmart posted Mariah Carey’s new album on their website for pre-order. The name of the album was said to be The Art of Letting Go. There was no other confirmation, aside from Walmart. But, Jermaine Dupri would later come out and confirm this as the title of the album.
