Since both Holmes and Robach are married, these rumors were controversial. In addition, by them being co-hosts on “GMA3,” there was the possibility of their alleged romance being in violation of their contract. All of the press led to their indefinite suspension. Now, reports are saying ABC has let both TJ Holmes and Amy Robach go.
TJ Holmes soon had all kinds of people digging into his past. According to investigations, Holmes had a history of getting involved with his female co-workers, romantically. These allegations sparked even more rumors. Some reports said the news of Holmes and Amy Robach disappointed Robin Roberts. Further reports said Roberts was pushing for the removal of both Holmes and Robach from their roles at the ABC network.
TJ Holmes and Amy Robach have not appeared on “GMA3,” since early December. In the time since they last aired, the show has brought in replacements. While fans have hoped for Holmes and Robach to return, this will not be the case. According to reports from TMZ, the executives from ABC have officially relieved Holmes and Robach from their hosting duties. However, as per their contracts, both Holmes and Robach will receive a payout in exchange for their leaving.
