Featured this week on DJ YRS Jerzy’s Wednesday Throwback, Too $hort also made a bit of news in 2013. As mentioned by DJ YRS Jerzy, Too $hort has made a name for himself through the trouble he gets himself in. Recently, Too $hort was in Los Angeles where he ran into a legal situation.
While driving in Los Angeles, Too $hort was pulled over by law enforcement for a traffic violation. Upon being pulled over, law enforcement discovered Too $hort was under the influence and things went downhill. Driving under the influence is a felony and Too $hort attempted to escape arrest.
Police officers attempted to perform a breathalyzer when Too $hort made his attempt to escape the police officers. Running toward the street, Too $hort was caught by police and placed under arrest. According to TMZ, Too $hort tried to dump narcotics in the back of the cruiser and it led to him being booked for DUI and having felony narcotics.
