Toronto rapper, Mo-G, accuses Drake of stealing #HotlineBling from him and trying to buy him off with $500

Mo-G DrakeAlready, Drake was on top of the game, but what jumpstarted his latest run, ironically, was him being called out for using ghostwriters. This led to Drake essentially ending Meek Mill’s career. After the media crowned the winner, Drake, he dropped “Hotline Bling.”

When the fall of 2015 arrived, Drake took over with “Hotline Bling” and narrowly missed topping the Billboard Hot 100. Still, Drake scored the biggest hip hop single of the year. Months after its peak, “Hotline Bling” still receives daily radio play.

Drake is celebrating yet another hit, but Mo-G is far from impressed by his work. This is because he claims “Hotline Bling” is actually his work and he is now making himself heard. Not only does Mo-G accuse Drake and OVO of stealing “Hotline Bling,” he also accused them of insulting him with a $500 compensation offer, despite the song making millions.
