Tory Lanez Announces 80s Album, “Alone At Prom,” Coming on December 1; Also Laughs at People Thinking He’s Going to Jail

Two days ago, Tory Lanez tweeted out “It’s been real,” which led many to believe that he was going to jail. This was after being suspected of violating the protective order, of being 100 feet near Megan Thee Stallion, at Rolling Loud.

It looks like Tory isn’t heading to jail at all right now, as he took to Twitter to shut down the speculation. He tweeted out a Wiz Khalifa eating GIF, which said “Me at my house …. watching n*ggas on Twitter celebrating and thinking I’m going to jail.”

In addition to addressing the jail rumors, Tory announced his afternoon, that a new album is on the way. This will be his “Alone At Prom” album, which will be out on December 1. This will be an 80s-style album, as Tory has been releasing albums of different genres, over the past year. Tory teased this release last weekend, by tweeting “MY 80s NAME IS …… ASHTON RAIN.”

Tory’s last project was his “Playboy” album, which was released in March. That was an R&B album, which followed up his December 2020 rap album, “Loner.”
