Last week, Tory Lanez released another single, which was “Mucky James.” This record drew a lot of controversy, as Tory expressed his disappointment not being friends with Meek Mill anymore, as well as supposedly subliminally speaking on his Megan Thee Stallion shooting case.

“And these b*tches tried to play me out like they ain’t know my name, yeah, uh. I was at a high in my career, you think I’d come out here and ****. And if you think I’d do that sh*t, you on some stupid sh*t. I don’t need to do that shit, my Haitian hoes gon’ woo a b*tch. I can’t lie temporarily that b*tch came and ruin sh*t.”

Many believe these lyrics again violate the protective order that Megan Thee Stallion filed. A week ago, Tory was arrested for violating the order, after a judge believed that he was subliminally speaking about Megan on Twitter. Tory went on to post a whopping $350,000 bond.

Now, Tory is addressing the “Mucky James” speculation. The Toronto rapper denied on Twitter, on Monday, that he is speaking on this case at all, on this single.

“I am not talking about my court case on the song #MuckyJames. I see all these blogs trying to connect the two … and honestly I have more sense than that . I would not play with the court order or the judge like that … please stop that narrative .
