Tory Lanez has been extremely consistent with his music released over the last year and a half. Last April, he had a huge project in “The New Toronto 3” which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. In September, he was being canceled at that point for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion. Low numbers came in for his “Daystar” album but it was still able to debut at No. 10.

In December, the Toronto native released his “Loner” album, which served as the “rap capsule”  as one of the different genres of albums he’s going to be releasing. Now, he is focused on putting out his R&B capsule.

Lanez revealed this month that this album will be titled “Playboy.” He originally thought about a Valentine’s Day release date but now, he has locked in an official one. He has just taken to his social media feeds to reveal that Playboy will be out on March 5. Loner received please from fans on records such as “Big Tipper” feat. Lil Wayne and Melii and “Boink Boink” feat. Rich The Kid and VV$ Ken and now, R&B Tory is set to return again.
