The hip hop scene in Texas is noteworthy, as the boys in Houston helped put Southern hip hop on the map. Several Houston-area rappers have taken the game and redefined. On this list, Trae Tha Truth will be found and he brings many of the game’s best to town every year.
Trae Day is the name of the event and it takes place on July 22. This year, Trae Tha Truth has the biggest lineup, yet, planned for all in attendance. There is also a major after-party planned following this year’s festivities.
The list for Trae Day is very long, but Nick Cannon, DJ Khaled’s newest star on the We The Best, Kent Jones and his longtime star, Ace Hood, Tony Rock, Mozzy, Raheem DeVaughn, O.T. Genasis, DC Young Fly, and more are present. Billed as the biggest day party ever, it takes place in Houston at Discovery Green. It lasts from 3 pm until 8 pm.
