Trae Young invites Janet Jackson to Hawks’ playoff game vs Celtics

On Tuesday night, Trae Young and the Atlanta Hawks had an amazing fourth quarter comeback vs the Celtics in Boston, in Game 5. The Hawks were down by 13 points with 6:10 left in the game, and Young came alive. He scored 14 straight points, including a game-winning three with 1.8 seconds left, to send the Hawks to a Game 6 back in Atlanta. Young added 38 points, 13 assists and two steals as well.

Meanwhile, a major trending topic is the fact that Game 6 conflicts with the second night of a Janet Jackson concert at State Farm Arena. As a result, Jackson’s concert was moved to Friday, to accommodate the Hawks’ Game 6 playoff game. Jackson hasn’t spoken out about this situation yet, but Young has, on Twitter. He hopes that Jackson can attend the game, since her concert has been pushed back, a day later.

Jackson is currently venturing on her “Together Again” Tour. This kicked off on April 14 in Hollywood, FL, as Ludacris is also a special guest performer. The first night of the Atlanta concerts was held on Wednesday, April 26.
