Travi$ Scott talks Ferguson, black people, Houston, “Days Before Rodeo,” and more with Hot 97 [VIDEO]

The situation in Ferguson has not escaped anyone, as the world is outraged after the tragic murder of Michael Brown. Many have decided to take matters of justice into their own hands, but this is only receiving mixed results. Hip hop has taken the issue personally and there are many records out in response to the situation.

When hip hop artists go in for interviews, Ferguson is a leading topic. This situation is going on, even within a wave of good music coming out, such as Travi$ Scott releasing Days Before Rodeo, earlier this month. He was recently in New York City promoting his new project.

Hot 97 invited Travi$ Scott in and he talked to Ebro and Peter Rosenberg. While he did go in and talk about Days Before Rodeo, Travi$ Scott also talked about the ongoing situation in Ferguson and the problems black people endure. He then went on to discuss his own hometown of Houston.
