Travis Scott allegedly punched man at NYC nightclub
Travis Scott is preparing for a huge performance at Rolling Loud California this weekend, but has now ran into some legal issues. According to TMZ, he is being investigated for assault, in New York City, at a local nightclub, Nebula.
Travis reportedly got into an altercation with a man around 3AM, which resulted in punching him. The man has since been identified as a sound engineer at Nebula. He was punched in the left side of his face.
In addition to the alleged assault, Travis also caused $12,000 of damage to a speaker and video screen. However, no arrests have been made yet.
Travis has been working on his upcoming fifth studio album, “Utopia.” There still hasn’t been a release date, but supposedly plans to put it out after his Cactus Jack artists drop all of their projects. Last week, Don Toliver released his new “Love Sick” album. Today, the deluxe edition also came out, which included four new songs.
It’s been a very long time since Travis’ last project, as that was “Astroworld” in 2018. That contained the diamond-certified “Sicko World” single, featuring Drake.
