Police stated that upon arrival, they found Scott engaged in a heated exchange. In addition, he was trying to board the yacht again after initially being escorted away. Also, Scott was reportedly intoxicated. He returned to the scene and continued his aggressive behavior. As a result, leading to his arrest. Officers noted a strong odor of alcohol. Thus, contributing to the charge of disorderly intoxication.

Sources close to Scott claim that the incident was a result of a party that got out of hand and that no violence occurred. As a result, they describe the charges as minor. In addition, they emphasized that Scott has already posted bail and been released.
