Travis Scott Expected to Put Out a Mixtape, Before Release of “Utopia” Album

Travis Scott continues to be one of the most dominant artists in the game, even with remaining quiet for most of 2021, musically. Last year, the Houston rapper did score a number one single, though, in “Franchise,” ft. M.I.A. and Young Thug. The wait is also on, for his fifth studio album, “Utopia.”

There is still no set release date for Utopia, but it looks like new music will be on the way from Scott, before then. There have been rumors circulating online, that Scott will release a mixtape titled “Dystopia.”

@OnnThinIce is one of the sources that reported on Scott’s alleged plans, to release Dystopia. Scott’s last project released, was his “Astroworld” album, in August 2018. That was regarded as one of the best albums of the 2010s, as it debuted at number one, on the Billboard 200 chart. It is also 4x platinum in the US.

Scott has also been trending over the last few months, due to he and Kylie Jenner expecting their second child together. This also confirmed that the two are a couple again, after initially taking a “break,” in November 2019.
