Travis Scott to have Las Vegas residency concerts
Travis Scott has been getting back onto the big stage in 2022, after suffering tons of backlash at the end of 2021, for his controversial Astroworld Festival. Travis performed at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, which was in Las Vegas, as well as Rolling Loud Miami, last month.
Now, Travis has another major performance collaboration, on the way. According to Billboard, he will have his own Las Vegas residency concerts, this fall. This is titled “Road To Utopia,” as Utopia is the title of Travis’ upcoming fifth studio album.
Travis will be performing at Zouk Nightclub, seven times. This is located inside the new Resorts World resort and hotel. This is reported to be a multi-year deal. Zouk Group CEO Andrew Li has since released a statement, expressing his excitement for Travis’ residency, which kicks off on September 17.
“Travis Scott was a seamless fit for the Zouk Nightclub roster. His electric performances will pair perfectly with our immersive atmosphere, bringing our guests an unmatched show unlike anything else they can find in Las Vegas. We can’t wait to kick off his residency and continue to amplify our talent lineup.”
Travis was also suppose to perform in Las Vegas in November, for the Day N Vegas festival. Unfortunately though, that festival was suddenly got canceled, over a month ago.
