Travis Scott’s “CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer” Drink Sales Discontinued, as Astroworld Festival Backlash Continues

Travis Scott is still getting widespread criticism, due to the aftermath of his Astroworld Festival that occurred, last month. Over 300 people were injured, and 10 lost their lives.

The Houston superstar is currently dealing with over 300 lawsuits, and is now starting to lose big brand deals. Coachella removed him from their 2022 festival lineup, and now, his CACTI Seltzer is being removed.

According to AdGage, the drink is being discontinued, by Anheuser-Busch. The company went on to release a statement, explaining their decision. At the time, it’s unclear if Astroworld Feat was the sole reason, for this.

“After careful evaluation, we have decided to stop all production and brand development of CACTI Agave Spiked Seltzer. We believe brand fans will understand and respect this decision.”

Travis’ team has since claimed that both sides actually decided to part ways, on November 30.

“Travis was clear in his interview that he is not focused on business right now and his priority is helping his community and fans heal,” said a rep to TMZ. “CACTI asked AB InBev to inform their wholesalers there will not be product at this time.”

This week, Travis participated in an Astroworld tell-all interview, with Charlamagne Tha God. It was there, that he stated that he wants to help victims’ loved ones heal, and emphasized that he didn’t know that fans were dying, during his concert.
