Woman files $20 million rape lawsuit against Trey Songz
Trey Songz has been running into tons of legal trouble since last year. Many lawsuits have been filed, mostly in regards to the R&B star sexually assaulting them. Now, another serious allegation is on the table.
According to TMZ, a woman has filed a $20 million lawsuit against Trey, as she claimed she was anally raped, at a house party. This incident allegedly occurred way back on March 24, 2016. Trey was supposedly in a consensual relationship with this woman, who is listed in the lawsuit as Jane Doe.
Trey was supposedly doing fine in the relationship, until he was soon described as a “savage rapist.” This rape incident reportedly happened in Los Angeles, at an upstairs level of the house party. Trey supposedly constantly asked if he could “get that ass,” as the two went upstairs. The woman constantly said “no”, though.
As soon as Trey and the woman got to the room, he allegedly threw her to the ground and ripped her pants off. She was then pinned down face first, as Trey forced his penis into her anus. The woman began begging Trey to stop, but he refused to do so.
A person supposedly walked into the room as this rape was unfolding, it didn’t do anything about it. After Trey was done, the woman quickly took her clothes, and called an Uber, right after. The driver took her to a hospital, as a sexual assault exam was conducted. It concluded that a “severe anal tearing that could require surgery“ was needed.
Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck both represent this woman, and have since released a statement to TMZ.
“Victims are coming forward every day. Just know you are not alone, and this behavior is unacceptable. George Vrabeck and I will not be deterred by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue our pursuit of Justice for sexual assault victims of Trey Songz.”
A rep for Trey has since denied all the allegations that’ve surfaced.
“Earlier today, the attorney who drafted this suit was credibly accused of trying to pay a woman to falsely accuse Trey. Hours later, that same attorney has filed this suit on behalf of an anonymous client. It isn’t hard to see what’s happening here, and it is a shame for genuine victims of sexual assault. The allegations in this complaint are false. Trey looks forward to having the facts fully aired.”
