Trey Songz is arguably one of the best R&B artists of all-time. His most recent projects though were his “11” and “28” mixtapes in November of 2018. Trey is now dealing with some serious legal issues though which dates back to a nightclub in Miami on new year’s day of 2018.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, a Georgia woman who listed herself in a lawsuit as Jane Doe is suing Trey for $10 million due to accusations of sexual battery at E11EVEN Miami. The lawsuit also includes claims of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and negligent infliction of emotional distress. This is after the two met at Diddy’s house for new year’s eve.
The woman says she and Trey were in the VIP section of the club and that’s where he allegedly forced his hand under her dress without consent along with inside her vagina. Another anonymous woman at E11EVEN also added that Trey put his hands inside her pants to feel on her buttocks. This occurred earlier in the night.
