Trey Songz sued for at least $10 million, after allegedly exposing woman with her shirt off at pool party outside of Connecticut casino, in 2013

Trey Songz sued for $10 million in 2013 sexual assault case

Trey Songz is facing yet another lawsuit, involving inappropriate sexual actions with women. This time, it stems from an alleged incident at a Connecticut casino, way back in 2013.

According to TMZ, Trey is being sued for sexual assault, for exposing a woman’s breast. This incident is said to have occurred at Foxwoods Resort & Casino. This incident was revealed by the woman in 2022, and claimed that the event at the casino was “Foxwoods Liquid Sundays with Trey Songz.” As a result, Trey pulled her breast out of her bikini.

Furthermore, Trey’s production company, Kevin Liles, and Atlantic Records are also listed as defendants in the lawsuit. Court documents also added that defendants should’ve known about Trey’s “sexual proclivities” and that he should’ve been under control.

Meanwhile, the accuser is seeking $10 million in damages. She claimed that emotional distress was suffered, and lost her career. Trey’s 2021 Las Vegas sexual assault case also supposedly helped convince her to come out against Trey. However, his attorney is denying these claims, to TMZ.

“This is yet another example of decade-old allegations being repurposed into a federal case to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window. We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”
