Last year, Trinidad James came out of nowhere and took over the rap game. Simple hip hop at its best, Trinidad James dropped “All Gold Everything” and he has not looked back. The song went from being a small single to the biggest song in hip hop, elevating Trinidad James’ status.

Don’t Be S.A.F.E. ended up being packaged as an album once Trinidad James established his deal with Def Jam. In the spring, “Females Welcomed” was released as a single and it has been an impressive track. Not on the level of “All Gold Everything,” it did enough to establish Trinidad James as an artist.
