A couple years ago, French Montana took over the New York hip hop scene and he soon began associating with Rick Ross. Ultimately, French Montana chose a deal with Bad Boy Records over Maybach Music. Since day one, Rick Ross has had representation in New York City with Torch, but he wants more.
Troy Ave has since risen to take over the New York City streets. Often, Troy Ave compares himself to 50 Cent and he modeled his BSB movement after G-Unit. With this in mind, Troy Ave is a man who always has his business on his mind and he is consistent with the music.
This afternoon, Troy Ave posted a photo on Instagram and Twitter of himself holding Black Bottles with Rick Ross. In the caption of the photo, Troy Ave hinted at something big coming up that was big. Given some of the internet rumors, it may seem as if Troy Ave is headed on his way to a deal with Maybach Music.
