Two years ago, Bow Wow made the transition from being an artist to being a media personality as host of “106 & Park.” Early in his career, Bow Wow was a fan favorite on “106 & Park.” It was fitting when Terrence and Rocsi left the show that Bow Wow return to being on the show daily, this time as a host.
Becoming the face of BET, Bow Wow stepped his hosting game up. For professional purposes, Bow Wow decided to change his commercial name to Shad Moss, his birth name, all for BET. Last year, Bow Wow got his co-host in the form Keshia Chante and the two built a strong chemistry.
However, BET still made the decision to cancel “106 & Park” and they confirmed the news this evening. Given BET’s change in programming over the past few years, this news comes as no surprise. But, the “106 & Park” fans on Twitter still placed the blame on Bow Wow and they showed him no mercy.
