In the end, Lucious (Terrence Howard) bonded with Jamal (Jussie Smollett) the most, due to him being the most like him. However, his homosexuality still stands in the way. But, this wasn’t too much of an issue in tonight’s episode.
Alicia Keys made her cameo appearance as Skye Summers and found a musical soulmate in Jamal. Giving the vibes they were giving each other, many thought their connection was more than musical. Lucious picked up on the vibes during the Pepsi event.
Just as most felt, while watching the episode, Jamal eventually did share his “close moment” with Skye. The episode ended with the openly gay Jamal sharing a kiss with the openly sexy Skye Summers, portrayed by Alicia Keys. Everyone who watches “Empire” with a Twitter was all over this situation.
