Babyface and Teddy Riley are legends in the music industry and the anticipation was real tonight as fans couldn’t wait for their Instagram Live battle. Social media anxiously waited for the two to play their hit records but Riley just couldn’t get it together when it came to his Instagram.
Fans voiced their frustration about Riley’s IG Live having sound issues in the studio he was in as they claimed that his microphone kept echoing. On his Live, the had a microphone stand along with a large entourage around him. Many were also disappointed that nobody tried to help him correct these technical difficulties or even called him to assist. Prior to this even starting, Babyface also showed up late because he apparently had trouble working the Live feature.
Over 400,000 people tuned in and left disappointed. Babyface ended up posting a video saying that this IG Live battle will be postponed. Hopefully, the next battle is what fans truly deserve.
