In a series of embarrassing or awkward run-ins with celebrities, one Twitter user detailed how Jidenna was a cheap frugal mogul who demanded her and friend to pay for a dinner him and his team invited them out to.
@leetherebel commented on a viral thread which called upon users to detail their most awkward or interesting celebrity encounter. In a retweet of the question, she detailed how she met Nigerian-American rapper Jidenna. She claims that she met him because of a friend who worked for him. They apparently got invited to dinner with him and his team, under the impression that the ‘Classic Man’ rapper would cover the tab. Well they ended up presuming wrong. He asked them to cash app him their amount of the collective bill. Their split of the bill turned out to be $70.
She even said that Jidenna made one of his famous inspirational speeches he’s known for, just to end up asking to cough up their cash.
