Last year, Jay-Z had an incredible run all inspired by Magna Carta Holy Grail and he has since been touring the world. His recent appearance in Houston caused a bit of a frenzy and Jay-Z probably didn’t even know it. A man on Craigslist attempted to sell his tickets to some fans online.
Historically, there were always warnings against trying to meet people off the internet in person. But, since the internet has undergone it’s social media changes, few people actually heed these warnings. This Houston man probably should have taken 2002’s advice.
In an attempt to sell his concert tickets, the man met with women at a Starbucks in town on December 15. When he met with women, Denitra Sherrelle Green and Cessica Desha Darden, they had him come outside to complete the transaction because they had a baby in the car. Upon leaning in the car to speak to the buyers, the man told police they accelerated the car.
The man got stuck in the passenger window and investigators believe the women lifted his feet of the ground. After trying to get the women to stop the vehicle, the man said he was kicked in the arm and when he finally fell off the car they ran him over. Now, the victim may need plastic surgery after injuring his arm, knee, and sporting a severe road rash on both his face and other parts of his body.
Several witnesses saw the women flying out of the parking lot with his body flying out of the window. One person managed to get his license plate number.
