Tyga and Avril Lavigne reportedly split after two months of dating
Back in March, Tyga and Avril Lavigne went publicly with their relationship, after being seen eating at NOBU in Los Angeles together, in mid-February. Furthermore, the two were also spotted kissing each other in Paris, during Paris Fashion Week. That all came shortly after Avril ended her engagement to Mod Sun. Tyga also even reportedly bought Avril an $80,000 chain.
However, this relationship didn’t end up lasting long, at all. According to TMZ, Tyga and Avril reportedly split, earlier this month. Sources close to the two artists state that this was a mutual decision, and that they have no issues with each other.
This month, Tyga began releasing more music, as he put put his “Platinum” single, four days ago. That also included a feature from fellow Compton native, YG. It’s been a while since Tyga has released a project, as his previous one came back in 2019, which was his “Legendary” album.
In early 2022, Avril also released her seventh studio album, “Love Sux.” That project saw a number nine debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. Avril has been one of the biggest artists in the alternative genre, ever since breaking out, back in 2002.
