Tyga sells mansion in Indio for over $5 million

Tyga has made a major real estate move, regarding one of his California homes. According to the San Francisco Gate, he has sold his 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom mansion in Indio, CA. As many know, Indio is home to the annual Coachella festival.

Furthermore, Tyga sold this property for $5.1 million. He initially purchased it back in 2020, for $3.9 million. Tyga’s previous home was also first built on a waterfront acre in 2018, and is 6,000 square feet.

One major amenity of Tyga’s Indio home is that is contains a private beach. Among the other amenities included in the home are a fireplace, private patio, wine cellar, home theater, game room, pool, waterfall, and much more.

Meanwhile, Tyga also released his new “Party T1M3” single, last month. This included fellow Compton native, YG. The summer also saw him release his “West Coast Weekend” single with YG and Blxst. In addition to these records, YG also appeared on Saweetie’s “Birthday” single, which also included YG. The three of them will be venturing on their “Str8 To The Klub” Tour, next month. That will kick off on September 21, in Sacramento.
