Birdman and Slim set goals and they reached them, making history along the way. People need to respect Cash Money Records just for that fact. The roster of artists on the label come from all over the world, more than just the original New Orleans base with many artists from New York and Los Angeles.
Glasses Malone and Tyga were the only Los Angeles artists on the label for the longest, but Game made it clear that was where he wanted to be. Game spent the bulk of his career with Dr. Dre at Interscope Records. But, Game finally spread his wings once his contract ended and he signed with Cash Money.
Before Cash Money Records was even his label home, Game had love for the label and he was friends with Tyga. Last year during Christmas, Game and Tyga gave away toys in their native city of Compton. Tyga recently welcomed Game to the label and he gave him his official Cash Money chain.
