Tyla to release self-titled debut album on March 22
Tyla‘s highly anticipated self-titled debut studio album now has a new release date, which is set for March 22. This comes after it was initially scheduled for March 1, back in December. Moreover, this comes as the South African native previewed an unreleased song on Wednesday, that will appear on the forthcoming album.
Tyla announcing this new album release date also comes amid her having a massive breakout 2023. She soared to stardom, as a result of her “Water” single. It was initially released in the summer, but it became major, once the video for it was released in October. In the fall, two separate remixes went on to be released, which featured Travis Scott and Marshmello. As a result, Tyla even won a Grammy last month, for Best African Performance.
Furthermore, Tyla will also venture on her first headlining world tour, in March. This will begin in the UK and Europe on March 21, in Oslo, Norway, The 27 dates will be available in total, as the tour will conclude on May 28, in Minneapolis, MN.
