When Tyler Perry delivered his speech, at the BET Awards, he explained how and why he did what he did. Tyler Perry detailed everything from why he chose his location to what that means, for all people of his race. Also, he threw a jab about the #OscarsSoWhite, saying he was building his own.
Some, on Twitter, have speculated, believing that Tyler Perry was taking jabs at Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, with that comment.
