He does not even have to say or do anything anymore, Tyler, the Creator is controversial by just showing up. Most only take Tyler, the Creator at face value and overlook the quality of his music. Before everything else, Tyler, the Creator is a talented emcee, but he does say and do some crazy things.
In Australia, Tyler, the Creator has legions of people who hate him. When he first arrived in Sydney, Tyler, the Creator immediately got arrested. Tyler, the Creator missed his show and the feminist activist group, Collective Shout, created an online petition to get the visa of Tyler, the Creator revoked and remove him from the country.
Despite all of this, Tyler, the Creator says he loves Australia. Obviously, he was upset about having to go to jail, but it does not change his feelings for the nation. They have targeted Tyler, the Creator due to his graphic descriptions of rape and violence against women.
