It’s sad enough that so many young people are being murdered by those who are supposed to protect. Even sadder is that the situation goes viral only after the murder is completed, rarely, if never, before to prevent a death. Worse than that is these people are only known in death.
Tyree King is a thirteen-year-old from Columbus, Ohio, who was with some other men last night, committing armed robberies. When discovered by police, the other men got away, leaving King. Left alone, he pulled a gun and the cops shot King multiple times.
Carried to a local hospital, Tyree King would die a few hours later. No, he wasn’t right for holding any kid of gun and committing robberies, but, no, at thirteen years old, he did not deserve to die. But, the Twitter world is reacting to the story in outrage, which is rightful.
