Tyrese confirmed by Lee Daniels for #Empireseason2

One reason “Empire” has been so successful is because the show is led by film stars. Both Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson have starred in classic urban films. The two also shared the classic, Hustle & Flow, ten summers ago.

The chemistry between Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson shined through all these years later. Real fans, however, know Taraji P. Henson’s claim to fame is Baby Boy with Tyrese. Because of this, fans have clamored for Tyrese to do an “Empire” stint.

As Lee Daniels and company are working on season two of “Empire,” they are rounding out the cast. This season will include appearances from Alicia Keys, Chris Rock, Kelly Rowland, and many others. Now, Tyrese can be added to this list, as he will be doing an episode early in the season and the season finale, which Lee Daniels confirmed on his Instagram.
