In the early 2000s, Tyrese became one of the biggest names in R&B. He made a big impact with such singles as “Like Dem Girls” and “How You Gonna Act Like That,” which were major successes. By 2001, Tyrese already became one of the bigger names on the acting front.
The acting big bit Tyrese hard and he soon became more of an actor than a singer. Despite the name he has made as an actor, Tyrese is best-known for doing Baby Boy and The Fast and The Furious series. It looks like most of Tyrese’s time in the future will go to acting, so he did one last LP.
Tyrese returned to “The Breakfast Club” to talk to Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy about his first album in three years, Black Rose, his final album. The interview also saw Tyrese discussing his ex-wife. There is a lot more Tyrese touched on in the interview.
