Tyrese talks upcoming controversial scene on #STAR with Amiyah Scott, ghost writers, political puppets, and more with #TheBreakfastClub [VIDEO]

The past couple of years have been a renaissance of television, especially in black TV. Among the newest shows is “Star,” FOX’s drama, which stars Jude DeMorest, Brittany O’Grady, and Ryan Destiny. However, there is an all-star supporting cast.

Headlining the supporting cast is Queen Latifah and Tyrese. They are rounded out with Quincy, Lenny Kravitz, and Naomi Campbell. Tyrese plays the role of Bobby Harris, the pastor, dating Carlotta (Queen Latifah) and next week is a Bobby-centric episode.

Tyrese came onto “The Breakfast Club” to speak on “Star” and the scene he is doing with Cotton (Amiyah Scott). The scene deals with him doing a deep prayer to “pray the gay” out of the young person. He also spoke on “Empire,” where he was slated to guest star, Steve Harvey, Nick Cannon, Kanye West, Donald Trump, Jay Z, Nas, having ghost writers, and more.
