Updated sales projection for Future’s #DS2 has it at 135 to 145,000 in first week sales

This week, Future has owned the hip hop circuit. A couple of weeks ago, he went on his Twitter and hinted at releasing a surprise album. It didn’t take long for Epic Records to confirm Future’s next album, which he soon revealed to be DS2.

Those who follow Future know DS2 is the sequel to Dirty Sprite, the mixtape he released back in 2011. As everyone knows, 2011 was the year when Future emerged as a star. The run Future is on saw him have a meeting with Jay Z and Beyonce, which is great album promo.

Initial projections for Future’s DS2 had the album at 75,000 to 85,000 copies sold in the first week. Now, the updated projections for the album have been released. Sales are now projected to come out with 135,000 to 145,000 copies in the first week, a major win for Future.
