The past year has seen Usher faced with all kinds of accusations. He is one of the most-influential figures of all-time, in music. With a career spanning over twenty years, Usher is one of the few living icons that can brag about being under forty years of age.
Last year, several women came forward, accusing Usher of giving them the Herpes virus. One of the women made a lot more noise, than the others, and Usher accused her of lying. Another woman, Laura Helm, is back, with another lawsuit against the singer.
Laura Helm already sued Usher for $20 million, last year. Now, she has returned, suing Usher for several counts of negligence, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress and fraud. This is all to say that she’s accusing Usher of knowingly giving her an incurable virus, without her knowledge.
