Popular Harlem rapper, Vado, gained notoriety with Cam’ron, as a member of Diplomat Records. During his time on the label, Vado had a minor hit with “Hey Muma,” a song he and Cam’ron shared. However, early in 2013, Vado jumped ship.
While Vado said he would forever be Dipset, he actually forged a label deal with DJ Khaled at We The Best. Though there has been a lot of upheaval with the label, Vado remains on the roster. But, in order to stay there, he’s going to have to move like Khaled does.
Vado recently stopped by “Sway In The Morning,” where he spoke with Sway about his current work. He spoke on Cam’ron’s notable Instagram rants, which often break the internet. Then, he spoke on DJ Khaled pushing him to work harder, before delivering an insane freestyle.
