With the New Year in full swing, VH1 has announced another slate of artists who will be feautred on the upcoming season of “Behind the Music.” Among the hip hop artists who are going to be featured are Pitbull, Game, and Nas. Other artists featured will be Brandy, currently starring in BET’s “The Game,” T-Pain, and Akon.
Pitbull will star in the first episode of the new season, which will premiere exactly a month for today on March 15. The Miami rapper said the turning point of his career was a chance meeting with Irv Gotti. Only seventeen when he met Irv Gotti, Pitbull said the industry executive knew his music and advised him to begin writing his track.
Game, famously known for his feud with 50 Cent, will also be featured on the upcoming season of “Behind the Music.” Currently working with Dr. Dre, Game released his last album, The R.E.D. Album, in August of 2011.
