Victor Wembanyama’s security guard not being charged for Britney Spears slap incident

Victor Wembanyama security not charged for Britney Spears slap

On Thursday, one of the most odd stories of the year occurred. This was Britney Spears noticing 2023 number one overall draft pick Victor Wembanyama in Las Vegas, outside of the restaurant Catch. This is located inside the Aria casino and resort, which is one of the most popular resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.

Furthermore, Spears reportedly attempted to speak to Wembanyama, but however, his security guard reportedly slapped her. As a result, Spears also supposedly fell to the ground and her glasses fell off her face. She and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police went on to speak about this incident, on Thursday morning. The security guard identified was San Antonio Spurs Head Of Security, Damian Smith.

However, Smith is not being charged for this situation, according to TMZ. It appears that Smith slapped Spears’ hand off of Wemby, which caused the force of that to strike her face. Furthermore, video is now showing Spears’ glasses coming off, but she did not fall. She also did not grab Wembanyama, but did tap him, which was true, according to her account.

After the incident, Spears went on to have dinner with her husband. She looked very unpleased, as her husband went on to call out Wemby’s security, on Instagram.
