Waka Flocka Flame calls Tupac Shakur hologram “wack” during interview with VIBE.com [VIDEO]

Two weeks ago, Tupac Shakur came back to life, following years of rumors. Tupac Shakur performed a number of his hits at Coachella 2012. The comeback from Tupac Shakur was via hologram, but the performance was almost as if he had actually come back to life. Following the hologram performance, rumors of Tupac Shakur being alive resurfaced following years of many accepting his death.

Seeing Tupac Shakur on stage with his former partners in rhyme captivated many. Tupac Shakur’s performance made mainstream news, with Jimmy Kimmel making jokes about his return. National media outlets also had much to say about the return. Even Tupac’s own mother, Afeni Shakur, was impressed with the hologram.

However, there were some who were not impressed, seeing it as Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg trying to capitalize off Tupac’s legacy. Before his untimely death, Tupac Shakur had issues with both, as they had a falling out with Death Row Records. Waka Flocka Flame, who named is debut album Flockaveli, in honor of Shakur was also unimpressed.

VIBE.com caught up with Waka Flocka Flame and he spoke on how he felt about the hologram, calling it “wack” among other things.
