What Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka Flame have brought to the rap game over the past three years is party music. They have set clubs around the world on fire with their anthems, but all of that is a part of the past. Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane have been beefing over the past six months and this past weekend confirmed their status.
Gucci Mane’s tweets have gotten more and more personal and it led to Frenchie jumping into the frenzy, the first artist outside of the two to speak. Highly offended, Frenchie took to his Twitter and announced a diss track. Yesterday afternoon, Frenchie released this diss track, “Sometimes.”
Waka Flocka Flame chose not to get involved with the beef just yet. Shots are fired, but it’s not always smart to immediately shoot back in the middle of a war. Instead, Waka is taking time to focus on his new album, Flockaveli 2, which is now due in early 2014, instead of this year.
