Even as popular as he is, a lot of people sleep on Waka Flocka Flame. He is definitely worth more than one look because he is more than this energy rapper that the people have written him off to be. Waka Flocka Flame actually has deep lyrical abilities and is socially conscious.
As far as hip hop goes, there have been several people vocal about the Chicago violence, but only a handful who are active. Waka Flocka Flame and Lupe Fiasco have stepped up and have become active in finding a solution. They have partnered with the Reverend Jesse Jackson and his Rainbow Coalition.
Waka Flocka Flame has been all over the place with his music and his tour. He took time out for all of that to meet with Jesse Jackson and Lupe Fiasco. They sat down in the city of Chicago at the Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum to work on a solution with the United For Peace Organization.
