Wale – “The Round Up” with Shaheem Reid [VIDEO]

A lot of focus is on Wale right now, as he is preparing to follow up his 2011 breakout album, Ambition. Instead of releasing an album last year, Wale only appeared on the annual Maybach Music album and delivered a mixtape. Now, Wale is getting back in the game and is going hard.

Wale is currently pushing his “Bad” single with Tiara Thomas as the lead single off his third album, The Gifted. As he rounds things out, Wale is lining up additional collaborations on the project. Recently, a photo surfaced of Wale in the studio with his manager, Jay-Z.

Now, Wale stops into Jay-Z’s Life + Times website to talk to Shaheem Reid for their new web series, “The Round Up.” Previously, Busta Rhymes and Jadakiss appeared on the show. During Wale’s interview, he talked about the upcoming album and the hip hop scene in Washington, DC.
