Going on two decades, Will Smith has been one of the biggest actors in entertainment. The beginnings for Will Smith were humble indeed. Alongside DJ Jazzy Jeff, Will Smith rose to fame in the rap game as The Fresh Prince. But, after working with Quincy Jones, Will Smith made the transition to into television followed by the big screen.
Periodically, Will Smith makes returns to the rap game. Even though Will Smith has gone through countless career changes, he is still a rapper first and has not forgotten this. The last time Will Smith released an album was 2005 when he released his Lost and Found LP. On that album, the single “Switch” was a mainstream hit.
The last time Will Smith released a new album, Kanye West was still a rising star. Becoming the heir to the “throne” Jay-Z vacated, Kanye West became his own star. Now in comeback mode, Will Smith turned to Kanye West. During his recent interview with Hip Hollywood, Will Smith announced he was working with Kanye West.
