Dating back to 2004, C-Murder has been behind bars over a crime he continues to say he did not commit. In 2002, there was an altercation in a club in Louisiana where C-Murder was present. Unfortunately, the altercation ended with the death of a young man.
When the media learned of the incident, they were sure to tie C-Murder to the situation. Again, C-Murder was always maintaining his innocence, despite all the charges against him. Thirteen years after the fact, C-Murder has people coming to his defense.
Claiming the original witnesses were forced to testify against C-Murder by law enforcement, Corey Miller’s legal team said they have credible witnesses. Several of them, including a former NBA player, were present and say Miller is innocent. There are many people coming forward to say C-Murder is not guilty of actual murder.
