Exactly what caused this situation is unknown, but it’s a mess. It seems as if McDonalds is always home to some kind of nonsense. Some customers got upset with some of the workers. As a result, the women went behind the counter to confront the workers. After that, the women ended up really getting into it with each other. Almost every woman involved got their wigs snatched off.
The problem with the overall customer service industry is that the workers are underpaid. As a result, they’re not the most professional when they’re on the job. This means people having personal conversations during business hours. On top of that, they may have personal conflicts with some of the customers who come in. Due to the low pay, they might take these personal issues up at work.
What caused these issues is not very clear. However, the evident part is that these women had a major disagreement. As a result, the women ended up going off on each other. Once the confrontation took place, the women ended up pulling each other’s wigs off. After that, the one woman who was getting the upper hand slipped on some spilled tea. From there, the workers began giving her a beat down.
