Woman claims Popeyes employee ripped her hair out over order

In September 2022, an Atlanta woman went to Popeye’s to get food for her children. The woman was in a hurry and went through the drive thru. However, after checking over her food, the woman discovered the order was wrong. When she addressed the employees, the woman found herself attacked. She is accusing the Popeye’s staff of, among other things, pulling her hair out.

Over the past year, there have been an influx of fast food altercations. Many employees and customers at fast food restaurants have gotten into it. The people working there have been overworked. Meanwhile, the customers are upset over having their orders mishandled. As a result, the people involved in these scenarios get into heated situations.

After getting assaulted at a Popeye’s drive through, an Atlanta mother is taking action. Denetra Dawson was getting food for her children, but the order was wrong. She said the employees began screaming at her for holding up the line. As a result, things got heated, and the employees began to physically attack her. This led to them pulling some of her hair out. Now, the woman is suing Popeye’s.
