Of all the things to do on a Monday afternoon, right. A man is dressed, honestly, dressed like a clown. Imagine driving down an Atlanta freeway, or any freeway/highway, and seeing that, let alone a man dressed like a clown, getting it in.

As Jermaine Dupri once said, “Welcome To Atlanta,” the city has tremendously grown. With more people comes more shenanigans, but this one takes the cake. There are so many questions, yet so little time, to figure out just what this is.
